Know where you are in your week.
Your GLP-1 doesn't work the same on day one as it does on day six. DoseMate models your medication level, tracks how you actually feel, and turns the whole cycle into something you can see coming.

Four taps a day. A pattern you can act on.
Log your shot
Tap once on injection day. DoseMate records the dose, the site you used, and starts the clock on your cycle.
See your levels
Your estimated medication level is modeled from your drug's real pharmacokinetics — so you know where you are in the week, not just what day it is.
Log how you feel
Symptoms, meals, weight, and a daily check-in. Thirty seconds a day is enough to build the picture.
Spot the pattern
Nausea on day two. Hunger on day six. Once you can see it coming, you can plan around it.
Your week, modeled
Estimated level between weekly doses
Everything your GLP-1 journey needs, in one app.
Medication level curve
A pharmacokinetic model per drug — semaglutide, tirzepatide, dulaglutide, liraglutide — showing your peak and your trough before you feel them.
Dose reminders
Smart nudges on your schedule, so a missed shot doesn't quietly become a missed week.
Symptom tracking
Nausea, fatigue, heartburn, constipation, sulfur burps, hair loss — logged against your cycle so patterns surface early.
Nutrition & protein
Scan a barcode or snap a plate. Protein targets matter on GLP-1s — DoseMate keeps them front and center.
Weight & progress pics
Track the number and the mirror. Side-by-side comparisons show the change the scale misses.
Apple Health sync
Weight and activity flow both ways. Only the data you explicitly authorize, nothing more.

Questions worth asking
Which medications does DoseMate support?
Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), dulaglutide (Trulicity), and liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda). Each one is modeled with its own half-life, time-to-peak, and bioavailability rather than a single generic curve.
How accurate is the medication level graph?
It's an estimate, not a measurement. The curve comes from published pharmacokinetic averages for your drug and dose, and real bodies vary — absorption, metabolism, and body composition all shift the shape. Use it to understand the rhythm of your week, not as a clinical value.
Is DoseMate medical advice?
No. DoseMate is a tracking and education tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it never tells you to change a dose. Talk to your prescriber about anything clinical — and bring your logs with you, they make that conversation much easier.
What happens to my health data?
It's encrypted in transit and at rest, and we don't sell it. Apple Health data is only read when you explicitly authorize it. You can export or permanently delete your account and data from settings at any time — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Do I need a subscription?
DoseMate is free to download and try. A subscription unlocks the full history, insights, and unlimited logging. You can cancel from your Apple ID settings whenever you like.
